Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Please note, however: Since our products are individually produced on demand (“Print-on-Demand”), the right of withdrawal does not apply according to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB (German Civil Code).


2. Returns and Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please carefully review all product details and size charts before placing your order.


3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights. This means we will either repair the item, replace it, or provide a refund in accordance with applicable law.

Please notify us within 14 days of receipt at info@houseoftailor.de and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product


4. Warranty (EU Customers)

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this policy. For EU consumers, a legal warranty period of two years applies to defective goods.


5. Returns Procedure

If a return is required (e.g., due to defective or incorrect goods), we will provide detailed instructions. Please do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing may take up to 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
